Check if the color-changing rheostat is connected correctly. 1 Check the voltage of the 2 terminals of the rheostat, see if it is 2.5V. Check the voltage of the middle terminal, see if it is between 0 to 2.5V. if not? 2 Rheostat position is not correct. |
Fix the rheostat correctly.
In the color-changing menu set the rheostat to the current needle position rheostat. |

1 Shut the power, check if the machine run correctly under color-changing state. |
Adjust the machine to run correctly. |
2 Check if the looper driven servo motor work.(The looper can back to the origin in embroidering state. |

Check if the rheostat position is near the set position in the color-changing menu, |
Set the value of the rheostat position according to its real mechanical position. Notice : the value of the A position rheostat should be 100(+/-1). If the value float above +/-2, place a 0.1 � capacitance between the middle terminal of the rheostat and ground. |

Error message : E-71 Thread-loosing motor run in counterclockwise direction. |
Press the up button in the thread-loosing menu, see if the thread-loosing position change from 0 to 3. See if the value of the rheostat is getting bigger. |
If thread-loosing position does not change correctly, change the wire connection of the motor to rectify its run direction. |
If the value of the rheostat is getting smaller, change the wire connection of the rheostat. |
Error message: E-72 Thread-loosing motor over time. |
Check the thread-loosing motor, driver and mechanism, see if they run correctly. |
Connect the signal wire of the thread-loosing motor and the trimming motor to the x, y signal wire , move the frame by hand to see if the motor run correctly. |
Error message : E-73 Thread-loosing position error |
After check the thread-loosing motor run correctly, |
In thread-loosing menu, set the value of thread-loosing rheostat to 30. After press 3 to confirm, set the value of the rheostat to this value. |
Error message: E-74 Scissor can not reach its position. |
1?Open the looper base cover check if the proximity switch functioning, if not |
Replace the proximity switch. |
2?If the proximity switch function, see if trimming function is good with the looper base cover open, if not |
looper base cover influence the proximity switch, mechanism adjustment is needed. |

3 Check to see if the connection of the motor is correct. If not |
Correct the wire connection of the motor. |
4 The motor run over its aim position. Check the wire connection of the rheostat and check if the rheostat damaged. If so |
Replace the rheostat or its connecting wire. |
5 The motor run over its aim position. Check to see if the rheostat is firm and if the value of the rheostat is correct according to the mechanical position. |
Reinstall the rheostat. |
6 The torque of the motor is not big enough. Check to see if it is overload. Check the set current in switch DIP, see if it is suitable. |
